Rich Hwake
Rich is a northern lad from Sheffield, and loves to have fun; all his classes are based on entertainment and showing people something a little bit different. Gaining his Exercise To Music qualification in 2001 he went from strength to strength, winning the much coveted Fitness First Presenter of the year 2002 award and presenting at various conventions such as FitCamp, Pure Energy Live, fit ‘n’ fun at Club La Santa in Lanzarote, and The Scottish Fitness Party.
