Einstein energy diet

A total refreshing approach to losing fat. We all know that exercise is vital for a healthy lifestyle combined with a healthy diet for fat loss. Yet we are so obsessed with strict dieting to achieve our goals we end up failing miserably. Dr Taub, America's pre-eminent wellness doctor has just released his complete self healing programme, a pack containing a highly illustrated manual, 4 guided meditation tapes, interactive exercise sheets and a total new diet approach.

Dr Taub explains how to look at food from the perspective of energy. It is energy that preserves mental and spiritual wellness. Our diets and eating habits should stimulate healing energy, harmony and balance for the body and mind.

Dr Taub's diet is simple and is based on Albert Einstein's theory that energy turns into mass and vice versa, meaning that all life is energy. Food energy turns into the substance of your body and provides fuel for it to function. So you are an energy system that becomes what it eats. According to the law of entropy, all energy systems eventually fall apart - your body will naturally decline with age and return its energy to the Source of all energy. You can slow entropy by eating foods that are full of life-energy - vegetables, fruits and grains. Meat and animal products contain little sunlight, the have poor life energy and only hasten entropy.

The law of conservation of energy declares that energy can neither be created or destroyed. Therefore, if you consume excess food with poor life-energy, your body must either burn off its energy with exercise or convert it into fat.

Use Nature's Life Energy to Lose Fat - Not Hope

Deprivation and hunger are unsatisfactory means of weight loss. The way to lose fat is to eat abundant amounts of food bursting with nature's life energy. This gives your body fuel to burn away it's excess fat. Life-energy is in food that has grown in the soil, is fresh and close to it's natural form. Regular exercise is also necessary to burn fat. This is the weight loss plan that fills you with life and hope.
