The wet choice - wet suits for water sports

You want to dive but finding the right wet suit can be a nightmare. Find out what to look for for your type of sport.

Water-skiing. Your suit needs to absorb impact. Make sure you can move in your suit. It should fit your snugly when dry as it will expand when wet.

Surfing. Make sure your suit allows you to rotate your arms. Flexibility in the arms and lower back is vital for bending and turning on waves.

Scuba Diving. Most people buy scuba suits one size too large because they're too hard to get on. Wear a lycra body suit under the scuba suit, even when buying one. The body suit is known as a lycra dive suit and will make it easier to slip into the scuba suit.

Wind Surfing. Too tight a suit will restrict your circulation and affect your performance. Wear a sleeveless wet suit with short or long legs and add a wet suit shirt on top.
