Mirror mirror on the wall
why do you feel inwardly so small....
when you try to workout!
* How often do you look at your teacher and say ... "make her moves my moves"
* Your legs following the teacher 60% of the time, your arms lagging behind.
* You try to work the two together but you figure it's better to concentrate on the legs... for now?
* The class was called Low Impact but you are as breathless as running 7m.p.h for the bus.
* The instructor looks so cool as he/she bounces, funks, hops around, you simply jiggle and flop around.
* Your eyes meet - he/she smiles approvingly. You blush and look away fast, sweat dripping off your brow.
* The instructor moves into the class away from the centre front - who do you follow now? He/she is moving closer to you and even walks past and comments encouragingly about your technique. You simply die of embarrassment, you're all left feet and you've lost co-ordination.
* The class ends. You're relieved, you're elated, you're relaxed,.. you feel physically a wreck but mentally self satisfied. The beaming instructor says 'goodbye'...you're shy, you hurry off to change.
* There's laughter, there's relief, there's changing room chat, there's
all shapes and
sizes and a lot of noticeable fat...You're pleased you're coming back.
