Lindsay
Elise is an exuberant and enthusiastic teacher who easily and effortlessly makes the impossible seem possible. As a trained dancer she has a natural gift for breaking down new complex choreography. In 2002 Elise won the Pure Energy presenter of the year competition and became part of the select presenter team. She runs rehabilitation clinics, is a studio manager and personal trainer and is an educator and master trainer for fitness fx. Back to top.

Combining exceptional technical ability, and a personable style to presenting, he has the power to involve, motivate and stimulate people. Jamie is currently cluster group fitness manager for Fitness First. 2004 has been a good year so far for Jamie as he has won the Fitness First presenter of the year title and is now a finalist in the Pure Energy presenter search. Jason Goodchild
Jason is currently based in Canary Wharf London where he trains clients in the pilates studio at the Reebok Sports Club. As well as specialising in pilates he still teaches regular fitness classes as well as personal training. Jason has been involved with Fitcamp for over 10years and works very closely with Lydia Campbell developing their teacher training courses and co-ordinating the events. Dancer Choreographer & Creator of Nation of Rhythm, Jason has been in the Fitness Industry for over 14 years, He was presented with a Commendation Award for his Work & Choreography on the Kitch Fashion Show, at the Tate Modern 2003 (Televised on Sky). Tracy is experienced movement educator. She has been teaching the pilates method and other movement programmes for over 13years. Tracy continues to grow as a specialist in her field, training in New York with the Kelly Kane school and with the Franklin Institute in Zurich.
