With sessions from the original top fit'n'fun team such as Lydia Campbell 's Legs Bum n Tums, Funk Funomenon returns with Dean Hodgkin, Roy Gayle, Andrew Crawford and Dave Hoy, Hip hop sessions from Lisa Brockwell and Rayne Campbell to spectacular step sessions , from Rachel Holmes, Steve Watson, Cathy Pearce and Dean Stear. Along with a vast choice of activity sessions that cover all aspects of fitness from Pilates, Indoor cycling., Aqua , circuits, body conditioning, SAQ INTERNAIONAL® sports workout, equipment workouts such as ESCAPE Fitness Circuits, including the Reebok Deck to Flexi-Bar® vibration workout.
