Whether you are a Personal
Trainer or Pilates Teacher this is vital preconvention training. The hands on workshop in intrinsic body
work training is a must for effective
training or pilates teaching. The workshop provides knowledge of the basic
principals applicable to personal training or classes, targeting Postural
Analysis and Muscle Balancing.
