FitCamp Training modules:
Capitalise on your weekend away and make it a tax deductable break by taking
a training module before the weekend starts. Please note that there has to be
a minmum of 10 people on a course,

hand if a course is not running, and you will be notified directly by the

Whether you are a Personal
Trainer or Pilates Teacher this is vital preconvention training. The hands on workshop in intrinsic body
work training is a must for effective
training or pilates teaching. The workshop provides knowledge of the basic
principals applicable to personal training or classes, targeting Postural
Analysis and Muscle Balancing.
Discover a range of exercises that release and strengthen the core,
tight hamstrings, rotated/ elevated shoulders and spinal faults . This training workshop includes
